Servers Running MetaFrame Access Suite License Server
Operating systems: Windows 2000 Server (Server, Advanced Server, or Datacenter Server) or Windows Server 2003 (Standard, Enterprise, or Datacenter Edition)
Disk space requirements: 30MB
Java Runtime Environment Version 1.4.2_06. If you do not have this installed, Autorun.exe prompts to install it for you. Alternatively, you can cancel the installation and install JRE manually from the Support\JRE14206 folder on the server installation CD for MetaFrame Presentation Server.

Terminal Services running in application mode.

.NET Framework Version 1.1 with Service Pack 1. Autorun.exe only installs .NET Framework Version 1.1 automatically. You can also install .NET Framework Version 1.1 manually from the Support\dotNet11 folder of the MetaFrame Presentation Server CD or image.
NOTE: Do not install .NET Framework Version 2.0 on systems that are running the Access Suite Console.
If you are using HP ProtectTools, install them before installing MetaFrame Presentation Server.

 Error when clicking a hyperlink in Outlook
Symtomps
When you click a hyperlink in Microsoft Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
This operation has     been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact     your system administrator.
Cause 
After you upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, to Internet  Explorer 7, or to Internet Explorer 8, the following registry key is  either missing or corrupted:  
HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Classes\htmlfile\shell\open\command
Solutions 
Note You may be able to resolve the issue by resetting web settings in Internet Explorer 6, in Internet Explorer 7, or in Internet Explorer 8. To do this, follow these steps, as appropriate for your situation.
Internet Explorer 6
- Start Internet Explorer 6.
 - On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
 - Click the Programs tab, and then click the Reset Web Settings button.
 - Under Internet programs, verify that the correct e-mail program is selected.
 - Click to select the Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser check box.
 - Click Apply, and then click OK.
Note You may receive the following message when Internet Explorer starts:If you receive this message, click Yes.Internet Explorer is not currently your default browser. Would you like to make it your default browser? 
Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8
- Start Internet Explorer 7.
 - On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
 - Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
 - Click the Programs tab, and then click Set programs.
 - Click Set Default Programs.
 - Click to select Microsoft Outlook, and then click Set this program as default.
 - Click OK, and then close the Default Programs dialog box.
 - In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Programs tab, and then click Make default under Default web browser.
 - Click OK.
 
Export and import the registry key from another computer

Note Use this method only if the earlier instructions for each browser do not work to resolve this problem.Export the registry key from another computer
- Click Start, and then click Run.
 - In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
 - Locate the following registry key:HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Classes\htmlfile\shell\open\command
 - Click the Command folder.
 - On the File or Registry menu (depending on your operating system), click Export.
 - Note the location of where the file will be saved. The registry file can be saved directly to the hard drive or floppy disk.
 - Type a unique file name, and then click Save.
 - Exit Registry Editor.
 
Import the registry key
- Copy the exported registry key to the desktop on the problem computer.
 - Double-click the .reg file.
You receive the following message:Are you sure you want to add the information in drive: location file was copied to\file name.reg to the registry? - Click Yes, and then click OK.
 
Verify if the String (Default) value of the "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \.html" key is "htmlfile"
- Click Start, and then click Run.
 - In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
 - Locate the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \.html - Verify if the value of the String (Default) is "htmlfile". If it's not "htmlfile", right-click (Default), click Modify, input htmlfile in the Value data box, and then click OK.
 - Exit Registry Editor.
